Being on your knees, try your partner to touch the floor with one hand

Station 5

(Foot wars). Sit facing your partner, with your feet touching theirs in the air in front of you and your hands on the floor for support. Using the strength of your legs, you must attempt to push your partners feet to the floor, whilst also preventing them from pushing your feet to the floor.

Station 6 NOT DONE

Station 7

To play around the mat. You must catch your partner running with one foot on the mat and one foot out. You both change your foot if you decide to chase towards other side

Do not put your hands down for support; use the strength of your legs and the pressure of you back against your partners back.
